The Junior Jinnah Trust is proud to announce the success of its Food Leftover project with collaboration of RIZQ Foundation, an innovative initiative that aims to combat food waste and hunger in our communities.
Through this program, leftover food from restaurants and canceled online orders is collected and redistributed to needy and unprivileged families on a monthly basis. This helps to ensure that excess food is not wasted and instead is used to nourish those in need. The Junior Jinnah Trust has worked hard to establish partnerships with local businesses and organizations to make this program a reality, and we are grateful for their support.
The Food Leftover project has had a significant impact on the lives of those it has served, providing much-needed nourishment and assistance to families who may otherwise struggle to put food on the table. It has also been a success in terms of reducing food waste, a major problem that has a negative impact on the environment and our society.
